1 /5 Lisa Land: My insurance agent that I had been with for about 30 years moved on and I was reassigned to this agency. I have had nothing but problems since dealing with them. Maybe its Farmers, but they canceled two of six of my vehicles for not providing information. There were forms to be signed, and they were not sent to me as promised. I have been shuffled around between staff with no resolutions to my issues. Emails have been lost/deleted and policies canceled. The staff gives terrible customer service. I was treated as a second rate customer probably because I was a transfer. I do not recommend this agency or Farmers for that matter. I am moving my vehicles to another insurance company, and guess what? I am saving money!

Always polite, and no matter how mixed up I get with my business there, (do to getting older and more forgetful), patients is always there and explanations are brought to me with out needing a lawyer to understand them. Very glad to be back in California and getting the great attention and value from Mathews business once again.

He explained that they are in a crisis situation due to wildfires. They are trying to take care of all of their customers trying to file claims and maintain fire insurance in these scary times. Thats the service I am used to from this office. Thank you.
