The woman who helped us was incredibly helpful, spoke Spanish (which made the process even more comfortable for us), and took her time checking not just the chain, but multiple other items we brought in. She was honest, knowledgeable, and made us feel respected and welcomed the entire time. I really appreciated her patience and transparency. The other places (gold rush being one) were very condescending and actually a bit rude. Everyone at The Gold Drop was very kind and honest with me. Didn’t try to buy my things for less than they were worth and gave me suggestions on how to get the most from these pieces. I was very happy with the amount they offered me for the items I chose to sell them. I would 100% recommend this place. It was a very good experience.
