1 /5 Juileana Toun: I came here this morning w my mother. I believe her name was Tammie/Tommie and she was rude. Obviously an older Asian women would need a little more help with what is what. My mother is almost 60 y/o, she doesnt know how to use her damn emails. How is she going to fill out something thats required by law? My father took care of the bill to repair my moms car and we dont know how much he paid out of pocket. Yet she still demanded that we figure out how much my dad paid, that we should call him to figure it out, etc. Mind you, MY FATHER IS AT WORK. I have State Farm, I never had to do anything on my end. They took care of everything for me (i just totalled my car last month BTW). They were never demanding, never rude, and understood that their customer service needed to be adjusted to match the customer theyre interacting with. So do better All State.
