5 /5 Rrania A: This office is so wonderful. Ryan and Krista helped me with my car insurance in the most personal way, and super fast! The whole office is so kind and efficient. And it was so nice to be able to speak to a person! I needed car insurance asap, I called another company that Ive been insured with before...but I couldnt get anyone on the phone! I kept getting hung up on, or waiting waiting waiting, and then hung up on finally. And by the end I got fed up and tried to renew online. Then I was prompted with another number to call because for some reason they couldnt renew online. So I called two different days, and both days I was waiting on the phone to speak to someone for one and a half hours. No one ever came on the phone! I was speaking w Ryans office as I was still holding for someone to come on the phone for the company w the lizard. the lizard is still cute, but Im definitely not going backward. 5 /5 G S: I want to save people some time and let you know I have been with Ryan Stevens @ State Farm for three years now. We are on a tight budget, as many are, and I have to appreciate what Ryan was able to do for us yesterday. Pretty much saved our budget by factoring all of our needs vs. finances, he actually was able to save us just a little more than I was even counting on paying, so that just made my day. Very professional and friendly, doesnt seem to mind when I have questions. I read reviews and do my homework before commiting to companies I need to do business with. And I rarely write reviews but felt compelled because of the excellent service I receive. Thank you Ryan and Team!
