Shelley Woollard Charles adopted us into his Farmers family many years ago after our long term Insurance Co. dropped us for filing a claim. Their office staff is warm and friendly and treat us like family. They are great about checking in to see how they can best accommodate our ever changing needs and securing the best bang for the buck. Charles even personally checked in to see how we faired the Carr fire after having lost his own home. Who does that??? Great people great service!!!!

She helped me understand the different categories included in all auto insurance plans, in terms of what they entailed and why they were or were not necessary for my aging car (over 185,000 miles). She followed up with an email, so I had paper copies to continue my comparison shopping, albeit better informed than when I began. She returned my call the next day to discuss options further, never putting pressure on me to buy her product. Cathy Morris I was greeted nicely when I entered the lobby. There were about a half of a dozen or more people ahead of me and was told I had a twenty minute wait. I was called within ten minutes, the woman who took my information was very nice, professional personable and knowledgeable. She got me out of there in a timely manner. I would go back to them again if I am in that area and need to use their services.
