They treat you like you’re family. They designed custom engagement and wedding bands based on the design of an old ring set, including sourcing a rare stone. Very communicative throughout the process including some minor revisions. The result is stunning, delicate and refined, exactly matching what we were looking for. They’ve also been very helpful with other jewelry needs. Couldn’t recommend them more.

They seek to educate you about gems, style, and design without any pressure or upselling. Ive purchased a pair of diamond wedding bands, diamond earrings, and a diamond ring from Sue & Sam. They have even customized a ring by adding more diamonds (by request of course). Two of my friends have also purchased their engagement rings here.
