From the moment we started talking, she made me feel comfortable and cared for. She explained everything I needed to know in a way that was clear and easy to understand, and she never rushed me. I could tell she truly cared about helping me, not just doing her job. People like her make such a difference, and I’m so grateful for the time and attention she gave me.
