A consummate professional, he has always been diligent to find me all of the possible discounts. Upon losing my job recently, he reviewed my insurance and found a glitch that was not properly applying an important discount since I joined with farmers. He kept me updated throughout the whole process where he took the initiative and was able to secure that discount backdated to 2016. This has been an absolute blessing as it has now saved me HUNDREDS of dollars at a time when I have no income. THANKS MICHAEL!!!

5 /5 Maricella: My review has been way overdue! Michael is great! I got insurance on my car and apartment last holiday season and hes been nothing but GREAT! I can definitely say he goes above and beyond to make sure we get the help we need. I had recently been in a car accident and I called him at the time of the accident and he walked me through everything and made sure I was physically and mentally ok! He then checked in with me after the accident as well as went out of his way to help us through some difficulties we were having with our car and shop we had taken it too. These are all things he most definitely did not need to do, typically after an insurance agent gets you insured that’s as far as they go, and when you get in car accident you call the claims office and not your insurance agent. He definitely makes me feel comfortable going to him with any concerns or questions. He also is very flexible if you need to meet with him, if youre working late he will make time once youre off work, if you cant meet him in a certain location he will meet you where ever is most convenient for you. I have nothing but great things to say about Michael, great customer service and makes getting insured nice and easy!

Since the beginning when I contacted Michael he made everything really easy and fast. After a few weeks I got my car insurance with him too and he was always extremely helpful. He is always very clear and honest when you ask him anything. In fact, I got in my first car accident a few days ago and he called me a few hours later to check if everything was ok and to explain what would be the next steps after filling the claim. The service Ive been receiving from Farmers is excellent and way more than I expected because when I first signed up I had Progressive and had never heard about Farmers insurance before. But now I can say it is way cheaper and their customer service is awesome!
