Recently were transferred to this State Farmers office. Now switching auto to State Farm from GEICO to benefit from bundle discount. maria Bishop My experience is too long to put on here. I was involved in a accident with someone who has Progressive insurance. My car was totaled. It has been four months and after they stopped payment on the check they made me drive an hour away to get, I have had nothing but trouble getting a hold of anyone and getting information as to how to get paid for my car, that they already picked up. I still owe on the car and am having to make payments but had to stop because it muddies the waters so-to- speak in regards to how much they pay the company to pay my car off- so in other words my credit is now effected. I have more complaints but this will suffice for now. I would never get involved with a company like this if I were you.

Simone Tanelli On Jan 9, two days after the Eaton fire disaster, while I was hearing from colleagues and friends about awful cancellation notices sent by greedy or unprepared insurance companies, I received only one email from Farmer’s: “were you affected by the wildfire? We’re here to help”. Now, THAT is proper insurance company behavior. Appreciated well beyond any penny pinching criterion. I have recommended Farmer’s to anyone who asked since.
