5 /5 Muriel Lang: Previously, I entered a one star review about State Farm, Jonette Phillips. However, I would like to retract my last review. I became frustrated with the opposing Insurance company due to lack of communication. After a through understanding of the process and the due diligence of Ignacio and Jonette, I realized they were doing their absolute best to resolve the situation. As a result, I am totally pleased with the outcome and would recommend State Farm, Jonette Phillips without hesitation.

1 /5 David Lew: Something mustve changed with this company / office. Been with State Farm for several years now with no issues until recently Our rates keep going up with no explanation. Our rates went up almost $100 in 2 months. Our earthquake insurance, we would pay the premium and we would keep getting refunded and then we get a notice that our policy was canceled. Called them up, and asked whats going on and they couldnt explain it. Customer service is the worst now. Ignacio was my original rep that helped me out in the beginning , not sure what happened to him but he was the only rep that had great customer service, and already knew who was calling in when I needed something.

Every time when I called the office with questions regarding any of our policies whether it’s about premium or other issues, Ignacio has been the top notch person who answers the phone and helps me accomplish the task. Michelle and Merced both have also been great to talk to in helping with your needs. Finding a GOOD insurance company to work with is all about the service provided to the customers when we need their help.

5 /5 Jose Lopez: Honestly where do I start….. While I was in need of insurance on evening, I ran across State Farm and decided to request a quote online. Not even 15 minutes later I got a call from Michelle and walk me through and was very thorough with my quote and what I wanted to be covered for. My experience with her was FAR BEYOND what I expected from an insurance agent, most other agents from other insurance companies just want to sell you a policy. Michelle did beyond that and helped me to get was I wanted to be covered for and worked with me the whole time. She has been so helpful with any questions or concerns I’ve ever had and I love how she’s so detailed with everything. I highly HIGHLY recommend this agent to anyone who’s not happy with their current insurance company. And remember they don’t just sell you a policy to get your business, they actually sell you the policy and coverage you want and they wanna make sure you’re completely satisfied with it.
