I met with 7 other attorneys prior to selecting Mrs. Albelais as She was the person who made me feel the most comfortable and was willing to work with me and my requests. With all court situations the outcome is unpredictable and not entirely in the hands of your attorney. That being said the stress I felt going into this experience was significantly less than if I hadnt gone ahead and sought out an attorney by far. Stacy and one of the Paralegals Mascitti, were extremely and attentive to my requests along with my goals. Due to the situation of my case we had to file for an "ex-parte", followed by a change of venue to shift the case up to riverside, a change in custody, mediation and ultimately statements to highlight key points made that didnt change the initial perception of the case. While money is a huge concern of mine especially as I didnt want to waste any just to get the same outcome as was currently in place; both assisted me in making the ultimate decision to go with her and her team. She was also willing to work with me and helped to reassure me of my situation that took a ton of more stress off. Her team kept me informed every step of the way and was engaged in a way that surprised me. If i were to have to do this again or knowing what I know now I would have just told myself to ask more questions. I like to know each and every step and detail and there were times that I felt like I was in the dark, yet all I had to do was ask. Every time I did ask, I was given a very good amount of information and even suggestions on what to do and what I should not to do. Ultimately, this was a great overall experience under the circumstances.
