1 /5 er e: Unprofessional and dismissive experience with The Kaufman Law Firm I contacted The Kaufman Law Firm regarding potential legal representation and spoke with Kimberly Coronado. She later sent me a generic rejection email stating the firm could not represent me—without giving any reason at all. I followed up to respectfully ask for clarification, but I never received a response. I understand that law firms can’t take on every case, but the lack of communication and professionalism was frustrating. A simple explanation or follow-up would have gone a long way. Instead, I felt completely dismissed and ignored after being told to seek representation elsewhere. For a firm that advertises experience in employment law and serious legal matters, the way I was treated was incredibly disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience.
