Wynne Benti I was visiting Butte County, attending an event in the Plumas National Forest, when I was rear-ended while stopped on my motorcycle by another rider traveling 40mph. After spending four months just trying to resolve the property damage claim (motorcycle salvage) with my own insurance company, I realized that it would be difficult if not impossible to deal with the responsible partys insurance company on my own with the complexities of medical billing and repayments, while undergoing treatment. Because I live in a remote part of California, it was difficult to find any help. Another rider recommended Mr. Buckley and thankfully so.
