1 /5 Kathleen Olsen: Unfortunately, after many years as a client I had a deeply disappointing experience with Tamara M. Polley while she and her office handled my mothers estate. The service provided was subpar and far from professional. There were numerous errors made in the documents, including incorrect names, misspelled information, and overall lack of attention to detail. To make matters worse, during a meeting, I was shocked by the use of profanity, which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Handling an estate is a sensitive process, and I expected a higher level of care, respect, and accuracy. I would not recommend Tamara Polley or her office to others, and I would advise anyone seeking legal help to look elsewhere.
