Lil Deme31 They are the only insurance company Ive used ever that actually does their job without having to call and remind them about things and when I do call to have changes made or to add home policy or another vehicle they always have a low price. They explain everything involved and they deal with the car lenders and the home lenders for you in terms of insurance. Every experience Ive had with this branch in Anderson California has been nothing but fantastic. I highly suggest you use them as an insurance company and I dont even live in Anderson.

A. Rex Stonefield deserves all 5 stars. I had a relatively challenging situation which two other brokers and my efforts at dealing directly with carriers were unable to resolve. Spencer picked up immediately and settled it in one call resulting in a policy with the same level of coverate for literally one quarter of the price I was getting quoted elsewhere (even though some quotes were coming from the same carriers). And he did that job with kindness, professionalism and empathy. If youre looking for a local broker that cares and can actually get the job done, look no further.
