Jenna Kimberlin Brian and his team are wonderful. He always responds to my messages right away and everyone in the office is super sweet. I was in a bad car accident a few years ago and had no idea how to get my claim dealt with and Brian gave me really helpful advice on how to deal with the State Farm claims department. I ended up getting a better settlement than I anticipated because of his suggestions. Hes a super nice guy and we have been with him since 2001. Def recommend!

L Sometimes the staff arent knowledgeable and they need to work on there staffs capabilities. I get told several times things are not possible, or my car payments been made when it hasnt i have to call a manager and then they find it where they made an error all the time. Service is a hit or miss. The staff that do know are great and staff in the windsor branch are more welcoming than the santa rosa branch on mendocino

Eric Hernandez Yareli was an amazing help. She help me add my vehicle to my policy. I wasnt able to be there in person, Yareli stated "No problem Mr. Hernandez we do it through the phone and email".
