She always makes time for my appointments and when we do meet she explains everything clearly and in a way that helps me understand all of my coverage options. Her staff are also extremely friendly and seem to greatly enjoy working in the office. If you need anything insurance related then this is the place to come!

I was in conversation with a couple companies in the week leading up to finalizing my contract with Farmers, and Sirak was by far the most engaged and reliable. He is the main reason we now have Farmers Insurance.

Elliott Nebenzahl Les Adler, Crystal and others have been great with me and my family. We have been customers for many years. We have never had a question asked that was not answered in a totally clear and professional way. I remember quite a while back; when Crystal and others would send me envelopes addressed to their local office. This was because I found it more convenient to mail paid bills to them, rather than some office in Texas. This is just one of the many examples where they went quite a bit out of their way to help us. Also, relatively recently, I added California Earthquake Authority to my regular homeowner’s policy. The female employee there that helped me do that, did it in a very efficient and crystal clear way. I was very thankful for that. I switched my earthquake policy over from GeoVera. In summary, one could not find a better insurance Agency than the one now headed by Crystal Herrera Alvarado.
