Andrea’s customer service has been less than desirable over the last year. She is not responsive and does not communicate well. I sent her a request for follow up on a Monday, I sent a subsequent request the following day in which she acknowledged and said she’d get back to me, it’s Thursday with no response!! Unacceptable

David Renwick After attempting to apply for Medicare at the SSA.gov website (and pulling my hair out during the process), I called Roberts Office and asked for help. I was provided an in-person appointment with Robert the very next morning. Robert was FANTASTIC! He knows his stuff! He assisted me with the application process (actually, he did most of the computer work), and my Medicare Application was completed in no-time (maybe 20 minutes). His vast knowledge of Medicare, and anything associated with Medicare, is second to none.

Claudio Garcia I initially called to set up my umbrella policy with State Farm and Joelle was very helpful with the entire process from answering any type of questions I had, to helping step by step setting up autopay and whatever other needs I had. Joelle McNamara was very well spoken and respectful as well. 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for people who actually care about helping you!
