Ms. Lupe was kind, patient and knowledgeable about the types of insurance available to me. In addition I received the student discount rate and overall the experience was awesome. Ms. Lupe congratulated me on my purchase, made me feel special, and not like a customer but like family. Both my Mother and I appreciated that. She helped to make our day even better and we think she is an asset to Allstate Insurance.

5 /5 April Duarte: Lupe is the best!!! She answered all my questions really great at communication. Customer service skills very friendly explained everything to me like this is the only agent. I really wanna deal with the other insurance company. I was with before I could never get answers. Nobody knew anything you would have manager’s arguing with each other about this isn’t right you’re doing it the wrong way. I felt like I was stuck with them, but Lupe was great Thank you very much, Lupe.
