He took his time explaining the cost of the ring and what it takes to make a ring like mine and he seemed genuinely excited about explaining the process. He was fairly quick in his responses to me when I scheduled the appointment and was quick to send me the documents for my insurance. I really appreciate this experience because most professionals in jewelry talk down to people that don’t know anything about jewelry. Will definitely recommend him to my friends and will come back when I acquire more jewelry.

Gigi has always gone above and beyond when it comes to customer service and even finding pieces that have sold out. Gigi truly loves finding unique and beautiful jewelry and it is reflected in her very tasteful and well curated selection.

Chrys Furrer I won’t get pierced anywhere else in Humboldt. The staff is incredibly kind and professional, and they go above and beyond to provide excellent care and service. They also have the best jewelry selection, clean facilities, and they practice COVID safety. Seriously the best place in town for piercings!

Joe G This place is awesome near the Food Court. Its a kiosk in the center aisle. I had a Fossil watch with a missing pin and cracked glass. I bought it Macys several years ago and it is my favorite. I had Macys send it to their repair center and they wanted $210 to fix it. Thats more than what I paid! I had them send it back to me. I found"Keeping Time" Repair and ask the owner at the counter if he would check out my watch get me a new pin and a new glass face cover. He said come back in 20 minutes itll be $35.00 !! I was truly amazed. I returned in 20 minutes and my watch was done and beautiful ! He even made sure to have the correct date on my watch. The next time I need to watch Im going back to "Keeping Time" for sure. Best $35.00 I ever spent.

She also took the time to check out some jewelry I brought in and was incredibly helpful and professional. Her great attitude and customer service made the whole experience enjoyable. Ana Flores It’s the holiday season it can be hectic but hey what do you expect?! Don’t like waiting maybe shop ahead of time and avoid the chaotic Christmas season... anyways.. Ariana was the one who helped my husband and I and she was AMAZING! She was super helpful and tried her best to please everyone in line and she got the job DONE! Excellent customer service quick and easy! We were in line and yet She was able to help us get TWO BRACELETS without the need of going inside the actual store. I had a very specific style in mind. Round brilliant cut salt and pepper diamond, cathedral setting, natural white diamonds on the pave, and set in rose gold. They made my dream a reality! I had so many questions, because I wanted to make sure everything was exactly how I pictured. Ben is who helped me create my gorgeous ring. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
