After finding out that my home insurance company of 3 years had knowingly misclassified my property (such that there would be no guarantee that they would pay out any claim), I was in considerable distress. I contacted every insurance company I could find on Yelp and elsewhere to find a policy at short notice, and Sagacious was one of the few that even responded, let alone provided any solutions. Maura stayed in close contact every step of the way with just the right amount of information and detail, and the whole ordeal was resolved in a matter of days. An otherwise-nightmareish situation was resolved with a minimum of fuss, and Im extremely grateful. Thank you!

They are not tied to a single insurance company, so they find the best insurance packages from the most reliable insurers, advise on what’s needed — and they even notified me after a number of years that we could save even more for better coverage by switching insurers. Most importantly, they are incredibly responsive whenever a question or issue arises, and they handle all the annoying bureaucracy: dealing with insurers and mortgage lenders, providing driving records, etc. If you haven’t used a broker before, this will make your life easier; and if you have used others, you will soon see the difference after contacting Maura.
