Both Matthew and Olympia have been excellent to deal with, always very helpful & accommodating in answering any questions we have in taking care of our insurance needs. Very happy with them and would recommend them for insurance.

B K I would never recommend this insurance company because they practice shady service. At the beginning, I monthly payment was $132, then next month it increased to $192 without any notices, and then increased again to $202. I canceled today I hope I will not work with them again.

Recently I visited their office and talked to Anh to review my policies to make sure my houses are fully covered in case of wildfire incidents. Dr. Denys Crain-Gully Sr. Joshin Bruguera has been my insurance person for 15+ years now and I can honestly say that there arent enough words in the English language proper describe the professionalism and care that Josh has extended toward me over the years. Josh was always responsive. I always felt like I was his only client. We would review my insurance periodically to ensure that I had the "right" coverage and "not" the most expensive coverage. I always appreciated that. Moreover, when I had questions, Josh took the time to answer my questions no matter how far left those questions might be. He was never inconvenienced. When it was clear that I was retiring and relocating out of state Josh continued to answer my questions and reviewed the coverage I was getting (still State Farm), who does that. Josh set a HIGH bar and if state laws did restrict insurance persons licenses state-by-state Josh would still be my guy!
