After months of trying to find her again, I have finally succeed and will be switching my current insurance to be back with her, simply because of the rates and her knowledge of the industry. Kaitlyn Williamson I would definitely not recommend Geico to anyone seeking recommendations for auto insurance. After spending an exorbitant amount of time on the phone with customer service, and being reassured by two different agents that my claim was fully covered, and the auto body shop having my husband’s car for nearly a week waiting to begin the work, Geico at the very last second informed me that my claim wouldn’t be covered. We’ve wasted so much time with the car sitting at the shop and so much time going back and forth with them on the phone, and they’ve been nothing short of a nightmare. I’m not sure what kind of business can get away with telling a customer TWICE that something is covered and then just randomly backing out at the last second but it’s certainly not one that I’ll continue giving my money to. Now I have the pleasure of spending the day searching for new auto insurance because this isn’t a matter of policy, it’s a matter of failing to deliver on a promise that was made by TWO different employees and a “manager” stepping in and reneging at the last second. This company is unreliable and dishonest, AT BEST.

Sharad Kumar I have been with Mike for about 10 years and with State farm for almost 25 years. Mikes office is pretty diligent and on top of any claims which are made and are very prompt with following up and keep it clear line of communication between us and them. Mike also takes the time to advise you around ways you could potentially save via bundling different insurance products and also how you could save some money on individual policies. We have a bunch of policies with Mike and feel super comfortable with what we are paying versus the amount of insurance we get. Mike is a real professional and you wont go wrong with him.

I have found them to be professional, informative, meticulous, a delight to work with, and would recommend their services highly.
