Ashley Burkett Very convenient in a timely manner. I was first skeptical about going through Insurance because back in the day it would take forever you had to mail your phone and now Assurant partners with other phone companies such as Batteries Plus to fix my phone screen. Batteries Plus was literally right down the road and fixed it at 5:00 p.m. in the evening. I am extremely satisfied. I only had to pay a $29 deductible. I had insurance covered on my phone so not sure why I had to pay something but I was willing to pay it gladly.

Emily Fan On 12/24/2024, AAA roadside service helped me to tow my car to the dealer. The tow truck driver named Elvin Gilpin from elevated towing company was super friendly, efficient, patient and very professional! He managed to get the car from inside my garage pushed down the street and loaded it into the truck etc etc every single step he took cares for the vehicle .
