I love that I can send an email about nearly everything insurance related and someone from the office will just take care of it so I dont even need to call the insurance company. Even if its a quick question. I love that most things are done via email because its very convenient. And that I am kept in the know on cheaper options. Curtis Peterson and his team have been there for my first home purchase, marriage, divorce, rental insurance-- and theyve handled all my changes for me with very little work for me! Recently, Curtis reached out personally to update me on price changes and he made some adjustments and got me coverage for windshield replacements.
