Christina Salama I had my engagement ring and wedding band custom designed at this shop. While I had one experience at the time, my experience going in today was so refreshing. Christina promptly attended to my repair (removing the beads to re-size the bands). I also inquired about whether it needed a deep clean and replating the white gold. she took a look at my rings and gave me honest feedback on the service that needed to be done. Not only that but the jeweler on site was able to complete the repair while I waited. They were also able to assist with a necklace that I purchased elsewhere needing a small repair. Although Christina was in an appointment, she treated me with patience and respect and didn’t rush me with my questions which will absolutely keep me as a repeat customer. Donna Reckner I went in to get a small diamond replacement for my wedding band, but after talking to the really nice woman named Alissa, we discussed a ring upgrade. She spent time showing me rings that I could buy along with the trade in for my wedding band set. She showed me a few rings and then she showed me a ring that I didnt know I wanted but it was gorgeous. They gave me a great price on the ring with my trade in and I was very happy. Alissa was so friendly and wonderful and helped me make a great purchase! I really love the ring and I am so happy I went there that day! The manager was also super friendly! Secret Beach David made the most beautiful engagement ring for my now fiancé! I brought him a loose diamond that I wanted to use for the project, he listened to the design ideas I had and created exactly what I wanted! My fiancé loves it! We will be back for our wedding bands.
