JJ Our condo complex has been clients for decades and each time I call Steves office, the staff are wonderful. They are always willing to politely and thoroughly answer any questions I have about our master policy. I have had the pleasure of meeting Steve a couple of times at our HOA meetings, and he does a wonderful job of answering questions. Highly recommend Steve Reich Insurance.

AI M Patrick is a great salesperson: able to chit-chat to death, but doesnt deliver. The premiums of the policies were higher than promised, his responses delayed — there was always "something else keeping him busy" (are we all not busy?) — and his explanations were gibberish — hes unable to write coherent sentences. Fortunately, within a month I made the decision to cut him and go back to my previous insurance broker, who had been great except more expensive (in appearance). Im very happy to have ended the relationship with Patrick and the extra money is well worth it. The kicker and the reason that led me to post this review? I asked him for the status of my car policy on Feb. 17; as of today he had not responded, so I asked again. His response was "please call travelers for billing or status on these things, we do not handle billing/refunds. -P". I called and the response was that he had not cancelled my car policy; the others had been cancelled but not that one. Also, they told me to go back to my agent, but when they saw I was very angry, they decided to help me directly. And they did.

Mobileworkz coustomized Cleaning Inc. Brad and Rhonda make you feel welcomed. Being a small business owner and searching for insurance company’s can be a headache. When I called Brads office and Rhonda answered a few of my questions, I felt welcomed unlike other companies I had called prior. Rhonda always answer her phone if not she calls back quick she answers all my questions and if she don’t no it BRADDDD and I can hear Brad in the background answering the question. These to are a great team so great I have referred 15 if not more of my family and friends to them and it wasn’t for the gift card lol truly to help may friends and family to get the good prices State Farm has compared to others .
