She was able to obtain a fire insurance policy for our small cabin after our carrier had non-renewed our policy. She is very efficient and knowledgeable, and was able to address and answer all of my questions in a very professional manner. She returned my calls and responded to my emails in a very timely manner, which was greatly appreciated.

maria Bishop My experience is too long to put on here. I was involved in a accident with someone who has Progressive insurance. My car was totaled. It has been four months and after they stopped payment on the check they made me drive an hour away to get, I have had nothing but trouble getting a hold of anyone and getting information as to how to get paid for my car, that they already picked up. I still owe on the car and am having to make payments but had to stop because it muddies the waters so-to- speak in regards to how much they pay the company to pay my car off- so in other words my credit is now effected. I have more complaints but this will suffice for now. I would never get involved with a company like this if I were you.

I was at the DMV and urgently wanted to get my insurance approved so I can get it over with and renew my registration and Jennifer got it done in only a matter of mins AND she was able to send me my proof of insurance so I can turn it in! AI M Patrick is a great salesperson: able to chit-chat to death, but doesnt deliver. The premiums of the policies were higher than promised, his responses delayed — there was always "something else keeping him busy" (are we all not busy?) — and his explanations were gibberish — hes unable to write coherent sentences. Fortunately, within a month I made the decision to cut him and go back to my previous insurance broker, who had been great except more expensive (in appearance). Im very happy to have ended the relationship with Patrick and the extra money is well worth it. The kicker and the reason that led me to post this review? I asked him for the status of my car policy on Feb. 17; as of today he had not responded, so I asked again. His response was "please call travelers for billing or status on these things, we do not handle billing/refunds. -P". I called and the response was that he had not cancelled my car policy; the others had been cancelled but not that one. Also, they told me to go back to my agent, but when they saw I was very angry, they decided to help me directly. And they did.

Nolan Encarnacion this review is related to how easy it was to cancel my policy. Customer service was understanding and made sure I had coverage before I cancelled by policy. I cancelled because of the rate increase because my Liberty Mutual policy in California was being transferred to Safeco. Im sure theyre fine as an insurance company, but this was an unfortunate situation where I needed to find a better policy.

candymanfb Tom Waddell has been our Agent for over 15 years and weve been with State Farm for about 25 years. I havent needed to contact the office much in that time but today Im disappointed to call this office my agent. I asked Lauren a simple question about a vehicle but I got an unhelpful response. Lauren told me I need the VIN and other vehicle specifics. When I told her that doesnt make sense she transferred me to Jackie. Jackie provided me with the information I wanted without any hassles after finding my profile. PLEASE NOTE THAT JACKIE DID NOT NEED THE VIN TO PROVIDE ME WITH THE INFORMATION I REQUESTED. The problem is seems to be that people dont listen or sometimes thinks about what you are saying. I told Lauren that Tom Waddell is my agent at the beginning of the conversation, but I got a response that wasnt genuine or thought through. The low rating is due to the customer service of Lauren. People need to provide better customer service or dont they shouldnt complain when a robot takes over their job!
