Very friendly, helpful, and experienced in what he does. I would definitely recommend Acceptance Insurance if you’re looking to get friendly service, low prices, and a fast insurance policy. Hes extremely knowledgeable about all things insurance. He laid out all the options available to me and thoroughly answered all my questions which allowed me to choose the best options for my situation. He stood firmly behind me on two claims and helped me navigate through the process. His staff is always very helpful whenever I call and appointments with Tom are scheduled quickly given his schedule.

Betty Chypre Really nice people! Ive been with them for years, but my first accident happened last year, (hit on the back right wheel by a car perpendicular to me) and Ric Small took all kinds of time with me, reassuring me, and handled my claim in a timely manner. I like him, his office staff, not just this one incident, but through the years with paperwork problems, etc. they bend over backwards to be helpful in every way. This is what an insurance agency SHOULD be like, but seldom is.

Jen Witt We had Geico Auto Insurance from 2012-2024. They were great at first. They handled our car being totaled by a deer in 2017 well. However, they are constantly raising their rates to the point that we were paying more for Insurance than we pay for housing. When asked why it was always based on other drivers in our area; literally nothing we have control over. In July and August 2024 I was hospitalized and not working. On the day I was released I found a cancelation notice in my mailbox. I called to get the date of cancelation extended to give me time to pay it when I did get a check again. (Leas than 2 weeks). I was told that if I didnt pay that day my policy would be canceled. This was after more than 12 years with the company and never missing a payment. I got quotes from other companies and quickly found that I could get the same coverage from multiple companies for less than half of what they were charging me. Now I have a policy with better coverage and I still pay less.

Time and time again, when I have contacted her to ask her questions pertaining to my insurance needs, her keen knowledge of the different facets of home, automobile and earthquake insurance has equipped her to accurately address my questions. If it happens that she must first research my question before answering it, she always calls me back in a short, reasonable amount of time. When I have been unable to understand a particular aspect of a given policy, she patiently and congenially explains the details of it so that I am confident I fully understand what the policy covers. She is easy to contact for questions, making several contact numbers available to me. Lastly, because Ms. Viramontes is such an amiable and pleasant person, it is always a pleasure to communicate with her.
