1 /5 Julián Calderon: I had a very disappointing experience with Pronto Insurance regarding their customer service. My wife initially called to get a quote for liability insurance and was told it would be around $87 by Michael Ho to add to our policy. She then reached out to me for clarification, and when I spoke with Michael myself, I was suddenly given a higher quote without any clear explanation.
This kind of inconsistency is frustrating and feels misleading. It’s unacceptable to provide one price and then change it when someone else calls in. It came across as dishonest and unprofessional.
This is actually the second time I’ve done business with Pronto, and unfortunately, I won’t be coming back. The way we were treated and the lack of transparency made for a very negative experience.
