While I was hospitalized secondary to my injury Miss Pratt herself gave me a call. These little details in customer service are meaningful and instill confidence especially in a specialized field where we, the layman, the hurt, the downtrodden are at the mercy of any attorney. With Pratt I was in their graces. My good fortune was having the lovely reassuring voice of Devon and Again, I had her ear. She is wonderful and she instills a calm. My main concern was that my surgery was covered by my employer who initially had rejected my claim. It was indeed covered in the settlement and admittedly, I am quite happy with the monetary settlement. Pratt is top notch and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone. Which. Ive already done.
