She was so knowledgable about rings, explaining what made each one special and what best fit my hand. She provided several tips about how to best judge the look--for example, trying it on herself and moving away from me, having me look in mirrors at various distances, taking pictures from all angles. She was patient and professional, but also super friendly and personable, and seemed genuinely thrilled to be helping us.
