That says a lot, considering he was literally sending possible business across the street. Bobby was extremely helpful. I know nothing about guitars and was a little nervous about doing business with a new shop. These guys were totally cool, upfront, and honest. In addition to giving me a really good loan for my guitars, Bobby gave me a whole history lesson on my newly inherited guitars. They are absolute professionals. I cant say enough good things.

Brooke Secor Great female owned studio with female staff making goodies on site out of long chains and all the supplies like glorious maven jewelry elves! They have a combo of custom creations made in house and sourced pieces that are unique and not cheap but still totally affordable. They even repair things for free and I have had great success getting them fixed (for free) after a mishap with 2 necklaces. Wonderful people here.

Jimmy Diaz I brought my wifes engagement ring here because the biggest diamond of them all fell off. They did not only fix it, but they also reinforced all the other diamonds and polished it, making the white gold shine like never before. They also did it three days earlier than expected.

Clara B I had the most wonderful experience making a custom ring with Kristy and the Sierra Moon staff. I wanted to redo my engagement ring using the same diamond and ideas, but make it more balanced and delicate. Kristy worked with me to design it multiple times over until I was happy. She never rushed the process and in fact even recommended changing some things once the wax casting was done — because it didn’t look right to her and she didn’t want me to settle. She took the time to learn my vision and make sure the ring was what I wanted. She also designed the basket part of my ring for me when I wasn’t sure what to put there. It was an awesome collaboration. Kristy also searched high and low to get me the perfect green stones for the halo on my ring, because she wanted me to get what I wanted. All the staff were so excited for me when I finally got my perfect ring. Thank you. It’s so unique and still has elements of my old ring. I’m never taking it off!
