A friend of mines left another review earlier and they assumed she was denied when in fact we both didn’t even finish our applications because they asked for our banking information before we even knew if we were approved. We both called today no one even answers the phone at the Long Beach office location and they only have an automated system that won’t take you to anyone to speak with over the phone. It’s just a weird company over all coming from the east coast I’ve never seen a company ask for peoples banking information but they don’t answer calls they just refer people to go online and apply for loans.
