They took my car after I made the required minimum payment mind you I only had the car for 45 days and didn’t say a word did not call did not warn me. Now I have lost my job and my apartment because they did not even give me a chance to pay the remaining balance which was only $100 and they just kicked my contract . I hope this place goes out of business my life is ruined because of them ! I explained to them my hardship and how I had fraudulent activity on my account and I had to wait a for the bank to finish the investigation which they said would conclude on the day after they came to take my car . This place is horrible and the swfl district manger is a very mean and stuck up individual.

1 /5 Maria Carolina Mosmann: If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is absolutely unbelievable. I’ve been trying to pay off my car for over two weeks, and the experience has been a nightmare. Every single time I called, the call mysteriously “dropped.” I had to call them myself to ask why my account wasn’t fully deducted even though I had already made the payment — and still, nothing was processed on time. I then sent another email with all the details they requested, but never received a response. When I called again, I was told the money had finally been deducted from my bank account — yet I’d still have to wait another week for them to “confirm” the payment. On top of that, they said it would take an additional three weeks to mail me the title, and if anything went wrong on their end, I’d have to wait another three weeks beyond that. To make matters worse, they claimed my phone number was “disconnected” on their system — the same number I’ve been using to call them nonstop. Strangely enough, when my payment was delayed, they had no problem reaching me at that exact number. This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and careless with their customers’ time and money. I will never purchase through them again, and I strongly advise others to stay far away.

1 /5 Simply Lakish: I hope customers can see this before accepting this company! My dealer was very helpful but this company customer service is trash. They switch up info and if you don’t have your stuff together. It’s a real pain. I had nothing but headaches every time I picked up a call for them! A lot of their reps with get nice nasty and they were the ones not getting the info straight. 0 stars if I could.

1 /5 Antonia Broad-bent: I brought a car from easy dealer auto brokers im April. They were able to get financing with lobel financial. With my first payment due in May, payment was made everything fine. June payment was made. Only payment that didn’t get made was for July came home from the hospital on July 23. Only to go outside to see that my car was gone call Lobel, They can’t tell me nothing told me I need to call the company that I bought my car from, so I called them, they told me that Lobel told I never made payments on my car??? Really went to the bank and pulled my bank statements 5/8 payment, 6/23 payment so where did my payments go?? I am about to get a lawyer, I do not have time to play with these folks. Give me my money back. They are nothing but thieves. Yeah I said it Thievesssss. Falsifying documents.
