Harlan Jodie (JodieJo Ha) Ali has a great relationship with my realtor so they communicated efficiently with each other (and me!). For my home purchase, I wasnt the top bidder, but the sellers preferred to work with Ali (as he had helped them refinance their home). Dont do yourself a disservice by using your friend/family member who is new to the industry (Been there!) get yourself a local pro with connections. I had one house that fell through and I needed special fire insurance/wrap around insurance policy for, and instead of the process of finding an insurer being tedious, they were able to recommend me someone who got the job done with as amazing of service as Ali and his team themselves.

Jamie Setterquist Isaiah was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. He took the time to get me the information I needed and he was very patient with all of my questions. I hope to work with him again. Thank you Isaiah!
