Philip Giacalone My wife and I have been extremely happy and satisfied clients of Village Insurance Services for over 4 decades. Jerry and Molly run their insurance agency with a personal level of care for their clients that is sincere, consistent and highly professional. We have always been treated like the personal friends of both Jerry and Molly. Whenever we are speaking with them, they are always willing to take the time to listen and be as helpful as they can be. And with their many years of insurance experience, I have found their help to always be very beneficial. Over the decades, we have had many instances that have required insurance resolution via both our home owners policy or our auto policies. Those have included things like water leaks/damage, personal injuries caused by our dogs, housing/relocation due to wildfires, car fender benders, auto glass damage, etc. In all instances, Jerry and Molly made sure people were taken care of, we received the maximum coverage amount possible, and that any and all injuries or damages were handled professionally, efficiently and without a hitch. Sonder Ben Valdez is fine, gets me a quote quick within 24hours. However the people that work for him do not even give me a phone call back. Ive been trying to reduce my monthly insurance premiums but they still havent called me back. Ive worked with BMV for the past 10+ years, Ive recieved nothing but the best from Ben and Grace. But Im not to happy with the newest agent there right now. I will give them another week, then I will go somewhere else.

Josh L. Espinoza What can I say Sam helped me (and my friend) navigate really unfamiliar terrain. I’ve always been at companies that provide benefits but recently decided I wanted to try working for a start up. The only catch is that, since it’s early on, they don’t provide health insurance. Not only did I not really have the time to look for all these different plans but I also didn’t even really know where to start. I reached out to Sam and he was extremely personable yet very professional. He was able to get me side-by-side comparisons starting with a plan most similar to what I had at my previous company and others that better fit my lifestyle. I ended up getting a middle tier insurance with an additional accident insurance which covers accidents for rock climbing and cycling that I do which is paired with my middle tier health insurance. Now my total premium is low and my coverage is pretty high which is nice feeling taken care of and not having to pay an insane amount each month since it’s now coming out of pocket for me. Sam really helped me navigate these waters and got me set up in no time. Now I’m just enrolled on autopay and don’t have to think twice about it. After I had such an easy experience, I recommended a friend of mine who was in the video game industry and found some opportunities elsewhere that didn’t provide health insurance. Sam took care of him too. I highly recommend Sam if you want someone who knows these plans like the back of their hand and actually cares about getting people on a plan that fits their needs/lifestyle. Also, if you don’t have time to do all the side-by-side comparisons yourself or are unclear on the specifics (e.g., how deductibles and out of pocket maximums work exactly) Sam is your guy. Sam is now my health insurance guy.
