Valerie Mejia I’ve been a aaa member since 2013 and had no clue how to navigate insurance. Our insurance broker is Vanns, he explained everything so well even a, not so smart 22 year old could understand. Over the years Vanns has seen my husband and I grow get married had kids and been supportive through everything. Norma has also been amazing getting life insurance, explaining everything through each step; which one is the best option and why. Since beginning our policy we lived in Merced now in Modesto and even tho the Modesto office is minutes away from my home I will never use there office after a horrible experience there and how we were treated. I’d rather make the trip an hour away and see Vanns and Norma. When we are in the office they never rush us and never feels like just a transaction it feels like we are catching up with family. They are the only reason why we stay with AAA. Thank you Vanns and Norma for everything you do and how you treat us and your customers. You can really see with the education you provide and time you take with clients you love what you do and it truly shows.

Hitcher 1969 Cant begin to say enough good things about Craig and his team! They have been above and beyond helpful with not only the routine activities of managing my insurance policies, but recently Ive needed to call on their expertise to help me with a storm damage claim to my home. Within less than an hour after contacting his office, Craig was able to meet me at my house and went over the preliminary inspection of damage and got me in contact with the appropriate State Farm adjusters and service providers to mitigate and eventually repair all of the storm damage. Randy Wilson We recently purchased a home in Santa Barbara with Stacey at First American serving as the escrow and title company. They did a great job, and went above and beyond to stand behind their work. There was a last-minute snafu with the sellers not getting all their paperwork lined up in time, and First American stepped up to find a way to guarantee a clear title and close on time in spite of the issues. Theyre top notch.
