She’s very knowledgeable and took the time to guide me through every step of my home, auto, and business insurance policies. It made a big difference having someone local who truly cares and goes above and beyond for their clients. The whole team in the office was friendly and professional. Courtney Gray I just have to say that Bill Murphy Ins. has the best agent/broker I have ever worked with! My husband and I struck out trying to get an old vessel insured but Natalie put multiple weeks of effort into applying to what felt like every vessel insurance option there is. She gave daily updates, sent applications in on our behalf 100% of the time, and spent hours googling options for us. It was really just the best experience I have had, you could tell she was truly rooting for us. We have been working with countless other brokers for this task and none of them compare to the effort and care she has provided. I am seriously considering moving all of our other policies over to them because of how amazing she is. Thanks so much Natalie!
