He spent about 40 minutes on the phone with me explaining the policies and was attentive over email with follow up questions in the coming days. We ended up not going with this policy for other reasons, but I appreciate all the time he spent helping me and would absolutely consider him for future insurance needs. I believe that if anything happened and I did need to file a claim, he is someone who I could trust to be very helpful and responsive throughout the process.

This is when I first him and weve became great friends after. Its always great to see him whenever I drop by and say hello to their office in San Mateo. Youll never go wrong if youre looking for a great insurance provider than Michael for Ive been his client since 1998. You have to be good at what youre doing to last this long and your customers are happy and keeps asking for you by name right?

1 /5 Daniel Morrison: I had Allstate for my insurance. I’ve never been in an accident. I’ve never ever damaged my car yet. My insurance rates went up. I find this disturbing since I’ve never filed a claim with you people. Seems like all I do is pay more for everything so your executive can buy a new mansion or yacht.

2 /5 Richard Bourgon: Randomly dropped home insurance for all of California, and they only gave me three week’s notice. My agent was hit-or-miss on replying to calls and emails to help me address this. (He’s a good guy but with poor follow-up.) I’ll avoid Allstate in the future.
