We were trying to get our company semi-trucks insured for the past 1 1/2 to 2 months and called Adrain at Lore’s Insurance and he said he would get it done within 3-5 days at most and got it done in 1 1/2 days and I think he mostly waited on us. Nolan Encarnacion this review is related to how easy it was to cancel my policy. Customer service was understanding and made sure I had coverage before I cancelled by policy. I cancelled because of the rate increase because my Liberty Mutual policy in California was being transferred to Safeco. Im sure theyre fine as an insurance company, but this was an unfortunate situation where I needed to find a better policy.
