1 /5 Mohsin Haider: They by far have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Instead of trying to help the lady that works there will call you to argue with you. She has very poor judgement. I had called to get insurance for my Toyota Tacoma. My vehicle had a clean history report and the car itself was in great condition. Using her extreme poor judgement this lady denied me full coverage. Her excuse was because I had a small scratch on my vehicle. Someone hit my car at 3 am with a stolen car and totaled my vehicle. I lost everything and it’s mostly due to this lady’s poor judgement. So please if you value your belongings and your money please do not deal with her. She speaks emotionally so please avoid

In times of stress you need someone to rely on and a peace of mind and that is exactly what I received and Im sure you would too. My family and myself is insured here and they find it extremely convenient that they also offer DMV services. No more waiting in long lines! Best customer service and satisfaction. 1 /5 Joseph Gonzales: Worst customer service ever provided. Mr Chavez was rude, irritated by us and wanted nothing to do with us. He also threatened me to take down this review but I will not be by this man. I don’t appreciate how he’s treated my family. I don’t recommend servicing with him especially if he’s gonna make verbal threats to his customers.
