Shira Feifer Love and Luxe is a DREAM. They are so welcoming and kind. Kai helped me and my fiancé through designing my engagement ring with an heirloom diamond and was so patient, knowledgeable, and supportive through the whole process. Kai took my thoughts and turned them into my perfect ring. She was so nice even when I changed my mind and had a million questions!! Betsy did an absolutely incredible job finishing my ring exactly how I pictured it. I am so thankful to have found this spot and less than a month later am back for more.

Jesse Jones Very honest and good work. Brought in a gold chain I had bought maybe 5-6 years ago, wanted to turn it into 2 bracelets. Decided to do 3 bracelets so I can give one to my little sister. Was gonna be $360, I was fine with that. They called before starting the work to let me know it was silver with gold on top instead of full solid gold, so it’d be $150 instead. Could’ve just charged me $360 but they are very honest and do great work, I love how it turned out now I can make use of a chain I had never worn. They also finished in about 2 hours which was great, I was expecting it’d be an all day thing. 10/10 will definitely come back

Brittany Petersen Kat was the absolute best! She made me feel so comfortable before getting two piercings in each ear. She took her time to really make sure they were spaced correctly and evenly which was my biggest fear. The whole process was quick and almost painless. The selections were great too. Javier Pagan Mark C at Valliani was beyond helpful today. 17 years ago I came in and purchased an aqua masters watch form a young Hispanic girl who was very sweet and helpful. My watch has been broken for over 12 years and I never knew or could ever get a contact to help get it repaired. Well, my boy Mark here told me to the website and request AM service repair to get it registered and they will assign you a personal advisor to help with the repair process. I was never aware of did know something like this was available. I want to thank you Mark for your support and most importantly for being a real one in these streets. #Trenches
