I was greeted immediately by Beth the store manager and was so helpful and nice with helping me with what I came in inquiring about. The whole experience was smooth and easy and i Enjoyed the whole checkout process thanks to the helpful staff. Oliver helped me decide what piece Id be purchasing by showing me the selections I was interested in and Beth was helping me out every step of the way, and Marie was very friendly during my checkout asking if i needed anything. Will definitely be coming back again and telling my friends about Daniel’s. Very satisfied

Kalani Ritchie The Best customer service experience I have ever had. I needed a ring fixed and I was in a huge rush. They had previously told me that it usually takes around a week or so and that they are super busy but they would try to fix it as soon as possible. I brought in the ring on a Tuesday and needed it back by the latest on that following Friday. They called me back in less than 2 hours saying it was done and the ring looked as good as new! Super impressed with everything especially the price. It only costed $45 to fix a split in the ring. Very impressed, definitely will return for any future jewelry purchases/repairs.
