5 /5 Kendall Davidek: Little Relics was quick, professional, and did great repairs on the two necklaces I brought in! One necklace needed a replacement clasp, and they were able to do this during my repair consult. The other necklace was on a very dainty chain that broke, and I was worried it couldnt be repaired. They not only fixed it within a week, but the repair was so delicate that it blended right in with the piece. I wasnt sure what to expect when I brought my jewelry in, since the pieces were both pretty cheap. But in the end I was impressed with the price, speed, and quality of both repairs. I will definitely come back with more of my busted jewelry!

5 /5 Diana Roberts: I had my favorite pair of earrings repaired on the spot after taking them to another jeweler who said they could not repair them. I am very happy to be able to wear them again. The bigger job was to turn an antique ring with huge sentimental value into a necklace. I was very nervous about it but Susan sketched out a diagram and provided a demo of the way the hooks could be applied to the chain to blend in seamlessly. She also provided guidance on what kind of chain would and would not work for the job. I asked a lot of other questions and felt confident having her do the work. I just picked the piece up and could not be more pleased. Rates were reasonable and service was wonderful. I have some other pieces in for repair and customization and know they will be done to my satisfaction. Thank you Susan and Team!

5 /5 Lani Todd: Fantastic. Women-owned (I think). I broke my ring in two places and they fixed it beautifully. I broke it right in the middle of yup filigree and assumed I would lose the detail but they saved all of it. Better than new. Loved them.

2 /5 Faith A: Very displeased with the service here. I needed a ring resized. I paid a lot of money (almost $300), waited for 3 months and received unsavory customer service throughout. Since then, I researched jewelers and found one I trust, like and agree with, and just learned the ring I had resized to a 6 with Little Relics was resized to a 6.25. No wonder it was too big and I needed to resize it smaller. I will not be shopping at or using this place ever again and I do not recommend Response to owner’s comment: I hope the Faith from 2019 has approved your public sharing of their information. This photo is from 7 months after I was proposed to with this ring; the name on your record is that of my fiancée. This photo is after 7 months of daily wear and was photographed when I took it in to be resized because it was too big for me. I presume I am typing with the Susan I have heard about, lol
