2 /5 Shela Satalich: Came in to get my wedding and engagement rings resized. First, I was quoted $250 per ring, and minutes later it magically dropped to $150 per ring. Not sure if that’s called a “deal” or just a gimmick.
Then came the finger sizing. She slipped the sizer on, told me to “relax,” and when I said my finger was already relaxed, she doubled down and repeated it. When I pushed back, I got the classic “I’ve been doing this since 1987” response — as if that somehow makes rudeness acceptable.
Did my rings come back the right size and polished? Yes. Would I ever come back after that customer service? Not a chance.
