Mark Pfeifer This might be the best State Farm office there is. They have helped me with both my homeowners and auto policies. Whenever I call, I get connected with Kabrina who is AMAZING. Not only is she really nice and personable, she is extremely knowledgeable in her field. She takes the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. My previous experiences with insurance companies were not as smooth-sailing and often left me feeling left in the dark. Kabrina goes above and beyond, making it easy and enjoyable to work with State Farm.

L S I called about 10 different offices in search of a quote for an inland marine policy. The only office who answered their phone was Aloha insurance. I was immediately put in contact with Kelly who sent me the application and followed up with me. Really great customer service and a one stop shop for business insurance needs.

Trade Visa (VisaTrade) Im hoping this is the insurence broker I once had. It used to be located near SRJC. Gabriella Rivera insurence was the best broker Ive ever had. Gabby herself was a very sweet person. She made me feel like she had me covered and not to worry about insurence as long as I had her company as my broker. Anytime I needed to adjust my policy or add a car I could call. I noticed theyd always find me the best deal. Once I had to insure a dually truck and was informed it had commercial insurence required. It was beyond my means but they made it easy to insure it for a month while I used it to move. My parents are with Geico for some reason but now need a more custom insurence for their classic car. Im recommending Rivera Insurence Agency.

But most importantly for me is the transparency and education to what I’m getting myself into. I have not had a single provider go into the amount of detail that Sam Olson went into, and I felt completely understood the entire process. He was completely transparent with what I was buying and recommended different options. There was no script or pushy sales tactic he knew what to recommend and I encouraged me to look at different options.
