Valerie Mejia I’ve been a aaa member since 2013 and had no clue how to navigate insurance. Our insurance broker is Vanns, he explained everything so well even a, not so smart 22 year old could understand. Over the years Vanns has seen my husband and I grow get married had kids and been supportive through everything. Norma has also been amazing getting life insurance, explaining everything through each step; which one is the best option and why. Since beginning our policy we lived in Merced now in Modesto and even tho the Modesto office is minutes away from my home I will never use there office after a horrible experience there and how we were treated. I’d rather make the trip an hour away and see Vanns and Norma. When we are in the office they never rush us and never feels like just a transaction it feels like we are catching up with family. They are the only reason why we stay with AAA. Thank you Vanns and Norma for everything you do and how you treat us and your customers. You can really see with the education you provide and time you take with clients you love what you do and it truly shows.

Patsy Ford The thing about Castro Valley Allstate is that you can reach a person by phone and talk through your insurance issues, and they will help you. When you leave a message, they phone back, are courteous and friendly, and help you navigate the ins and outs of the process of filing your claim, and in my case, getting my car repaired properly. They really went the distance. Renting a car, which was on my policy, was smooth and straightforward.
