Patricia Mulligan I was named executor for a family member living in California; when she passed I hired David Quintana to be my probate lawyer on a recommendation from my realtor. I live in North Carolina so we had to sell property, settle legal claims, collect money from a European bank, locate a church that no longer existed and find people for whom we had no information-all long distance. I honestly don’t think either one of us knew how involved and difficult this case would be and I kept praying David wouldn’t run for the hills. He didn’t run and we worked together, each one picking up the ball for each other; he never missed a beat! David is impressively well versed in probate and real estate law; apparently foreign and domestic. Unless a professional is exceptional, I don’t give reviews but David is really worth my respect and gratitude
