5 /5 Patricia Mulligan: I was named executor for a family member living in California; when she passed I hired David Quintana to be my probate lawyer on a recommendation from my realtor. I live in North Carolina so we had to sell property, settle legal claims, collect money from a European bank, locate a church that no longer existed and find people for whom we had no information-all long distance. I honestly don’t think either one of us knew how involved and difficult this case would be and I kept praying David wouldn’t run for the hills. He didn’t run and we worked together, each one picking up the ball for each other; he never missed a beat! David is impressively well versed in probate and real estate law; apparently foreign and domestic. Unless a professional is exceptional, I don’t give reviews but David is really worth my respect and gratitude

Ive already heard of the Law Offices of David Chesley from a good experience that one of my neighbors had with them. Mr. Chesley and his staff were very professional and knowledgeable in the law that had to deal with the inner workings of my case. I was always able to reach someone at the office that was able to answer some concerns regarding the matter of my situation. They made me feel at ease and were able to reschedule some court appearances that I was required to be at when I had business matters to deal with outside of the country. I was delighted with the final results of my case and most importantly did not end up with any restrictions from the use of my passport.
