Patricia Mulligan I was named executor for a family member living in California; when she passed I hired David Quintana to be my probate lawyer on a recommendation from my realtor. I live in North Carolina so we had to sell property, settle legal claims, collect money from a European bank, locate a church that no longer existed and find people for whom we had no information-all long distance.
