1 /5 Stars are shining: First they speak to you very nicely, while you pay them, then they leave you alone, they just call you and ask you to send the documents. they just fill out papers, they dont have lawyers, I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the services I received and the broken promises. I dont understand why in the submitted response, to the NOIR the paralegal did not address all the important points raised by the USCIS in the NOIR now my husbands case is on the line. despite the fact that I sent them all documents to Daniela the legal assistant when I signed a contract. . After making many calls, I asked to see the response to the noir and I also asked to speak with a supervisor, which never happened. After struggling to speak to someone, the paralegal Leonardo spoke to me—oh, it wasnt even a lawyer handling my husbands case. I asked to see the NOIR response, and they sent it to me late the day before. I read it, and the rebuttal to the NOIR response didnt match my expectations because it didnt cover all the important points raised by USCIS. The paralegal told me that the document had already been sent. They didnt give me a chance to review it in time. I just spoke with two other attorneys, and both said addressing those points is extremely important. The assistant also asked me to put my signature on a white blank piece of paper and take a picture of it with my cell phone and send it to her, which I thought was weird, she told me that so she could put my signature on the G-28 form. Terrible service. I really pray for a miracle that the I-130 petition for my husband gets reinstated. . If they were honest, committed, and willing to understand what went wrong and take all necessary steps to rectify the situation and support my husbands case, they would have told my brother-in-law or emailed me because my call history doesnt show any recent calls from this firm. May be considered ineffective assistance of counsel.
